It's OFFICIAL
……today is the FIRST DAY past the ONE YEAR to PAID-IN-FULL on the LUXURY 2 bedroom Townhome with Granite CounterTOPS and Commercial Quality Garage Home Gym(which was very much useful during LOCKDOWN).
Next Year on this morning I will wake up to NO MORE "Pay-to-Live" EVERY month
…."but you don't really own your home, you rent from the bank"—–RENTcels

it's true, Taxes and Fix-It's suck….but it's generally cheaper than RENT
For both HomeOWNERS and RENTcels……BIG GOV REALLY NEEDS to STEP UP and REGULATE Housing which has destabilized America leading to Wealth Inequality and the Destruction of the American Dream
as a HomeOwner i take no pleasure in my House Price Increasing as it just means Property Taxes Increasing….which also means RENT increasing for renters…..and I feel compassion for those young families just starting out and facing these inflated RE prices because of OUT-OF-CONTROL Capitalist GREED
