Both of mine eat a ton. My cart would be full of 2-3x the fruits and meats plus eggs, milk, snacks plus paper goods, cleaning stuff etc etc.

The cart for me has gotten smaller though as my diet and what I eat is all whole food mostly. And my kids are adapting and eating similar now.
