Rate Typical Carnivore Based Dinner/10 (pic)

Fatty thick cut bacon, then cooked the ground beef and liver I made into patties in the bacon fat and topped with butter, and then several slices of raw milk cheese.

This is pretty close to what I eat a lot when I don't have ribeyes/chuckeye/delmonico. Simple and filling. Tastes amazing too

Muslim? And yea if you're going to drink milk, that's the best haha. Love it.

Yea when you're on the carnivore diet, you consume WAY more fat than you're used to. Weird at first, but I can just eat butter plain now. Fat is your energy source now.

Yes sir I am a Muslim hence why I'm skipping it.

I don't drink the milk if they've changed it through their processes. I've always had issues with it. Raw from the breast is always the best. I didn't mean for that to rhyme lol.

It's not though. You don't need to ingest a single carb for anything. Your body makes all the glucose it needs for function, which is next to nothing. Fat is essential for hormones and hormone production.

Try to find a local farm that has a beef and liver blend. That's what I get and it tastes very good actually. Not a fan of just liver alone. Hard to explain the flavor. It's not like eating a ribeye or something, but because of the vitamins and mineral content it gives it a rich sort of pasty/buttery taste to it.

I've actually wanted to try the carnivore diet. There's so many different diets that each has research or whatever that advocates for it that it's hard to figure out what is the best one. You have keto, carnivore, mediterranean, vegan, etc. If I were to guess I'd say a balanced omnivore diet or mediterranean is the best/healthiest.

Try at least 30 days but 60 days preferably. Way better than keto oddly enough. Can't recommend this diet enough. Both my parents are on it now and have been for 4 months lol.

Some people get the squirts like I did in the beginning. Mine lasted for 2 weeks but most stop after the first few days. it was brutal but I felt good otherwise. After that 2 weeks, I poop maybe every 3rd day. It's not painful. Almost every poop is perfect and barely have to wipe. Your body just absorbs most of everything you eat so you have no reason to poop yet until there is enough waste. I used to poop 3x a day and it was so annoying. All digestion issues are gone completely now. It's like magic.

Yep, I poop three times or more a day. I noticed when I did keto, there was barely any wiping needed. I love meat and think I could do it. How many calories do you eat, or do you not really track it?

I see thanks for the correction. I'll fix yours. You can just say Muslim just like Allah told me to call myself.

I find it's just matching carbs to fats. I'll do high carbs but lower the fats to minimal (I don't sustain this long since I feel tired without fats). I can do keto way longer and it takes time to kick in.

Yea I've tried it all. Literally. I have been searching through diets to see what is the best. Prior to this I was doing a very moderate carb diet with everything farm fresh from farmstands and buying local farm co-ops. All my veggies (grew a lot myself), honey, fruit, meat, eggs, raw dairy potatos, grew my own sprouts and herbs, etc. But eventually I always had to do a stint of keto or something and even then I'd feel good but knew I could feel better.

I just tried this diet to try it. I figured it would just be like a more strict keto, but it genuinely changed my life. I've tried the vertical diet, keto, mediterranean keto, IF with varying fasting hours, paleo, moderate carb mediterranean, and now this.

It's been 8 months and I'll never go back. All joint pain, gone. Scoliosis pain and inflammation, gone. Digestive issues, all gone. Acid reflux, gone. All issues resolved and my body is healed.

I feel that I'm way more sensitive nowadays to foods. Everything seems to mess my stomach up. I fast a lot but idk it wasn't like this before. Feels like they are pumping more and more stuff into the foods.

Keto was legit for me. I did it for six months and stayed at 3500 calories on the dot each day. I lost 10 pounds, going from 187 to 177. I looked like a sik kunt. I lost another three pounds going back to carbs and eating 2000 calories a day.

Yeah I did it back for around half a year as well. I remember like 2 months in feeling amazing. Afternoons I'd be crashing normally but instead I'd have so much energy.

But the day I tasted carbs, I overdid it and was out of commission for a few days.
