Late forties chiming in. At least 1-2 times a week, but I also fap about 2-3 times a week.

When I first got divorced at 40 my libido was ridiculous because I had to make up for a dead bedroom for years. One of my girlfriends we actually counted and banged over 300 times the first year we dated.

My libido is pretty trash (I'm single though). In some ways it sucks, but at least you aren't ruled by your dink.
