I used to listen to this on the radio when it was syndicated in the 90s.

It put out a lot of information that people would not otherwise have access too, most people didnt have internet yet and the internet was the wild west anyways not really a source of medical advice.


They did explain a lot of things to young people. things like vaginal vs clitoral orgasms and that theyre two different things.

They did say some **** that turned out to be completely wrong and dr. drew is a psychologist not an actual medical doctor. he would always go on about "squirting" and saying it was a special orgasm juice that was sort of like snot… this theory had a problem, nobody could identify what organ was making this unique orgasm juice….. but now 25 years later scientist finally admitted its just urine and that sloots "let themself go" isnt some super special orgasm its just them losing control and pissing everywhere. i dont see how that is desirable at all but guys still want to see it because of porn. i been in a room during a gang bang and it was not pretty all the other guys thought it was great but it was VERY clearly just urine and she was pissing all over the bed, all over the guys fuying her ect. it was so nasty i left early without fuking that guys wife and her cuck husband gave me a weird look sort of like puppy dog eye sadness like why dont you want to fuk my wife.

Love loveline, it was still good even with "pyscho" mike, though that dude can't hold a candle to carolla. Used to listen to it all the time. Didn't all the classic podcasts all get deleted after Mike left and the show ended?

Dr Drew is not a psychologist. He’s a medical doctor and an addiction medical specialist with his own practice in Pasadena. They say it at the top of every show and Adam often makes a point that he’s a real Dr and not a “love doctor.”

As to squirting Dr Drew would actually agree with you. He would tell the callers that there is squirting (an expulsion of a small amount of fluid from the Skenes Gland) and there’s also Female Orgasmic incontinence, which is a girl losing control of her bladder and peeing during orgasm. He would try to help the caller figure out which happened based on the volume of the liquid and the smell. And he would usually tell them it sounds like pee.

Bump for awareness

don't know the episode now but there was a guy who called in as a zoo-philist or something like that (basically sex with animals).

Adam and Drew were pretty balanced about it but a lot of people including his staff were unhinged about it (justifiable).

The fake sex problem call ins and kids trying to sound older are pretty funny too.

one thing is almost all the callers have some type of pysch/physical trauma on them. really makes you wonder how many people hide deep-scars and moreover how it manifests what you see daily (road rage, drinking, etc.).

Started binging episodes a few years ago when I couldn't find any modern podcast worth listening to. Listened back in the early 2010s but Adam's run is so much better. Glad that there's people who archived so many of these episodes with more being recovered often.
