I didn't drink for 2.5 years once. I would have dreams where I drank and woke up semi-panicked. So basically never.

Only reason I don't drink is due to getting a vivitrol shot each month

Your disease is trying to convince you that one day you won’t be an alcoholic.

The desire never goes away once and alkie always an alkie

so i gotta fight this battle everynight?

for instance, i can get extremely addicted to video games but when i stop playing them for a couple weeks, I completely forget about em and don't get cravings

on the flip side, i can go on nofap but i would still want to fap 2 months later and that craving never goes away

so it's more like fapping?

Yea that desire is always going to be there,
Not to get holy or anything, but every day you’re gonna have to ask for help.

They say when you really want help you will take new suggestions.

It’s an every day thing.

You could even be sober for years and still be drunk, they call that being a dry drunk.

It’s like you’re still trying to fill the hole with whatever.

I might be sober now but sometimes I cruise Amazon to get a quick fix:

It’s weird.

I didn't think about drinking all the time It was more of a subconscious thing I guess. Not even sure why I started again but after the first beer I had I went right back to my old drinking ways.

I'm on day 26.

Gym hard af and sprints
I educate myself on YouTube
Trying to get a solid gf
Eating alot better and losing weight

Just focus on building urself up

Alc is a depressant.just think how good ur body feels now compared to the hangovers and the headachs in the morning.

Seen my friends today who just got back from a boat party they looked like zombies.
So glad I'm sober. I smoke reefer about once a week.
