Has anybody here successfully boosted their natty test?

I tested at 550ish back in January but I had high cortisol levels which can apparently hinder test levels.

Back in 2016ish I tested at 650ish.

I already eat well and sleep and train.

What else can I do?

This is not medical advice, talk to your doctor about any supplements. This is all fictional satire about something I heard a guy say in the train…that being said.

Tongkat Ali may have some legit benefit with very minimal/no side effects. I’m a natural lifter who isn’t as committed as I once was and I was down into the 400s and my test within roughly a year was back into the low-mid 600s with the only real change being 150-200mg (many people take like 400mg) of Tongkat Ali.

I’m b4 “ah man I’m 1,100 all natural”

Hey man I’m literally in my 40s, lifetime Natty, and still in pretty decent shape. I saw a great effects with it. I realize it’s not crazy crazy high. But, I think I can get back into 700+ territory…and for natural, in my 40s? It’s decent in my opinion

This was all a fictional novel, this isn’t medical advice.

I haven't tested mine so I'm not sure, but I can guarantee mine are towards the top end. 8 hours of sleep, tons of red meat, eggs, some organ meat, and butter as the main chunk of what you eat, and exercise routinely but not to constant failure. Especially since going on the carnivore diet my body hair/beard hair is growing like crazy, morning wood every single day, high energy all day, retention of muscle mass, etc. You don't have to go full carnivore, but lower carb/keto with tons of meat, eggs, animal foods is a big one. Cholesterol is needed for hormone production which especially means saturated fat from animals. Eat up.

I can tell in the past when my test was lower than now even if it was never that low. It was always because of excess stress and not enough sleep. Those two are some of the worst on your test.

There is not really a difference in 550 and 650. also ur test levels fluctuate more than 2-300 pts in a day

I boosted my test from getting 120+ grams of fats a day + sun & red lite
