Trump destabilized the world with his Renegotiation of Trade Deals. We are seeing the results of that play out. I didn't vote for Trump and would not but I did think he was right to UPDATE those old Trade Deals.

But if you can convince people through paying celebrities on Tiktok and all the news programs that yes, she actually is polling at 60%, it becomes a lot easier to then manufacture votes that reinforce the reality they've sold you.
