What is the end goal here?

Well it didn’t take long for that guy who designed a car to run on water to get assisted suicided . Not to mention the car went missing ?
The strange part was he was using existing technology by electrolysising water to create hydrogen .
He did have one very clever idea however, he was using a step up transformer and found the frequency that actually fracked the water , making it far more efficient than anyone else’s design

That guy made something else btw that got him epstiened. It’s not the electrolysis car. He made an actual free energy device but most people think it’s the car.
