Lol, because the weather is only nice there for like 5 months per year, and the rest of the time you're stuck on an island that doesn't have much going on besides tourism.

It's funny, they actually bring a lot of Jamaicans there to work the hotels every Summer. So the big hotel where they have Horse Drawn carriages and feels like you're in the 1800s also is fully staffed by black people with a Jamaican accent.
