“Tenant of the month award” - misc rentcels do you qualify?

“To qualify, rent must always be paid on time, your home must be well presented (and) be a pleasure to deal with”

For some reason they are not judging based on the size of the tip included with rent payments

Which of you reckon you could make the cut?

LandLording sucks. I have twice before had the unpleasant experience of LandLording when the PAID-in-FULL home gave me the opportunity to move to the next Dream Destination, so I rented the PAID-IN-FULL home until Market Conditions allowed me to sell the home which was being rented.

it was a miserable experience each time, full of stress and headache. Soon as I could sell the home the $$$ was Invested and DIVIDENDS are a much more enjoyable form of passive income than trying to collect rent from chronically late RENTcels along with the other "issues" they can cause to a homeowner

don't believe these LandLords are EASY-STREETING like they try and make it appear

Lol reminds me of the email I got from my property management last month. They work with an online service for paying rent, scheduling maintenance, etc. they offered a deal where if you pay your rent through the service you are entered in a drawing to win some sort of cash prize of some amount.

However when paying online there is a 3% service fee so it's like $45 extra just to pay online. Wowzers I hope I win the grand prize.

Renting is ass enough, now property managers have to be twats all the time.

Nope being a landlord is work, stress, and risk no question but nothing worth doing is easy. Being able to make money from the property while also waiting for price appreciation can lead to some great gains though.

I got a one bed flat from some Arab at a good price and picked up his mom's prescription medication from the pharmacy nearby the flat

he came recently with a gas guy to have some inspections done for insurance annual checks, brought me some cuban cigars for helping him and was legit shocked how little wear and tear this flat has taken in 2 years

I just use the oven, shag Asian women on my bed, work and misc

All miscers qualify because they create minimal wear and tear
