been hooked on plain greek yogurts lately, your favorites?

Been eating lots of greek yogurt or similar types of plain yogurts.

IDK ,,,just crushing these lately like ice cream so good....


Tried this Iclandic Yogurt today, crazy good and creamy for a lower fat version , SKYR i guess its called.

the ***e 5%

these also special ones like Ellinos, crazy goof high fat high protein , like eating butter ice cream crazy good.


can easily crush a 30 oz. tub or even 2 in a day..

one scoop of whey protein mixed with honey and greek yoghurt is my go to atm

I’ve been adding protein granola to my yogurt recently. The texture/crunch really makes it more enjoyable.
