Day 16 no alcohol

Day 3 no energy drink

Woke up and body feelin foreign af like it hasn't felt this type of deep sleep in a forever

My cravings are starting to go away. Didn't crave it at all last night and went right to bed. But I been busy with work so maybe that helped keep me distracted
