Get a massage gun srs

I've been drinking too much coffee lately, and waking up a cripple

My abs are sore and my mid back are sore- both very sore

Got some breakfast this morning and instead of doing yoga for back pain, I used the massage gun

Whew lads, I'm more limber already

I've thought about it many times, but it seems like the type of thing you use like 5x and forget about and never use again.

I have one and a Massage Pad for the Recliner Chair

after the House is PAID-In-FULL next year I'm thinking to purchase one of those FULL MASSAGE Recliner Chairs but worried that I'll spend 2k and it breaks within one year
