Conversation I overheard on a construction site I frequent

"Ever think about voting for Kamala Harris?" Jake asks.

Bob chuckles, "Didn’t expect to see her running for President, but she’s tough."

"Yeah," Steve adds, "but her policies are too left for me."

Jake shrugs. "We need someone to shake things up, and she might be it."

"True," Bob says, "but those regulations could hurt us in construction."

Steve nods. "But if she's serious about infrastructure, it could mean more jobs."

After a pause, they all yell, "I’m voting Kamala!" before getting back to work.
