What splits are you guys currently running?

Have been doing PPL X 2 per week but may switch to full body 5 x per week

I'd love to do full body 5x a week, but I don't think my sleep schedule is consistent enough to where I could hit it.

4 day U/L but honestly I often end up missing the last lower day because I'm travelling a lot and let's be real I'm in my 30s I don't need to squat 3 plates anymore. Trying to go down in weight a bit but my weekly whiskey and pizza nights make it awfully slow progress. Oh well gotta enjoy life.

Nippard is solid I'm actually thinking of doing one of his routines but the Fierce 5 U/L split has served me well so I don't have much of a reason to change.

Got dayum does no one lift? I'm currently stuck because any push movement especially shoulder press/incline bench kill my rotator cuff. Pretty sure I have tendonitis so I may just be stuck with a few leg workouts per week and cardio the rest. Still need to drop off about 10 more pounds so I'm trying to avoid losing all of my muscle.

i do leg day and go home for two days, weeping softly to myself.
