Hygiene question
What deodorant do you guys use?Aluminum free? Also, do you use antiperspirant/deoderant, anitiperspirant, or deodorant?
I don’t want to stink, but have been using Antiperspirant/Deoderant most of my life, but i’ve heard it’s bad.

I use Degree Motionsense, and have for like 6-7 years now. It works great, however I wish the bottles lasted a bit longer.

I rarely smell anymore because of my diet, so I just used tallow based deodorant.
If you're smelly though an have a poor diet, sadly any natural deodorant will not work as well.

I’ve been using crystal deodorant for probably like 15 years now, a decade minimum. It stops the growth of bacteria that cause odour but still lets you sweat.
Also lasts forever, think I’ve bought three of them in that time and usually because they dropped and broke

I use that rock thing you get wet. Supposed to be some thailand thing or other. Dont know.
What i do know is it works great, costs about $7 and lasts all year. Doesnt smell like anything, its like rubbing a slightly salty rock on your pits.
Armtips used to stink al the time and could smell them when trying to sleep even though I just showered. Thats long gone.

LOL at "I don't smell"..... You think the people who smell think they smell?
If you don't use any deodorant then you stink. It's not up for debate.

You can either wash multiple times a day or use deodorant
Diet can help some.
Deodorants that work all use the aluminum and stuff that’s a little unhealthy.

I use CK One deodorant stick. Antiperspirants make me sweat more, terrible product. They only work for a short period of time before the sweating restarts, and for me the sweating is much worse on antiperspirants.
Diet makes a huge difference btw. Everytime i degen around Thailand i notice my tee-shirt sweat stains don't smell at all, and the food there is very clean no processed food. The one time i ate lots of pringles chips in Thailand my sweat started stinking like it normally does back home. There is something seriously wrong with western food in general IMO.
