rewatching game of thrones

Just finished episode 1.

The level of detail, the great acting right out of the gate, introducing most of the important characters, naked emilia clarke fondled by her brother. They fit so much into 1 hour

It's a masterpiece

def best show I've ever seen.

Is there anything else with such good acting, rich story, and fleshed out world?

I thought just the opposite.

I thought the outfits looked cheap.

Emilie Clarke looks too dark for a plastic looking white wig.

I thought the nudity was something out of a 70s movie. In the age of mass porn I don't care about seeing some naked women.

I didn't like any of the characters and the pace was dull.

If you want to see a good show set in are similar, but realistic era, watch The Last Kingdom.

I can't get past the actress.

She looks like a person in a wig who is the wrong ethnicity for the character.

I had trouble with the elf actors looking fake too.

My complaints are legit.

She looks like the Hispanic girl playing Snow White.

It has nothing to do with "Emilie Clarke" but rather her as the character.

Season 1 is decent, they cram about 20 years into 1 season

Season 2 is the opposite, the entire season is like a month of progression where nothing happens

I just finished rewatch binging the whole series yesterday. The first 6 seasons were amazing but I did not really enjoy the last 2 seasons which is when it became hollywood fan service. Still worth rewatching because overall its still amazing. I will rewatch it all again a few years. Nothing else will likely come close to the epicness of GOT for another generation. Such a sin the show runners rushed to finish it. The last episode alone should have been 1 full season. I still mioss the amazing world. They made the dragons so epic and special also so when they were screen it was amazing.

Scenes like that are so rewatchable because of the amazing acting. The whole cast was perfect. British actors crush American ones.

Season One is such a strong season in every way. Other than lacking the large battles which came with a bigger budget later on, I cannot fault it. Amazing dialogue and character interaction.

Now you get to realize that even though everyone seemed to canonize ned stark, he was actually the reason for all the misery that befell the 7 kingdoms.

Same here, started watching them again after house of dragons finished on Sunday. Game of thrones really was such a great show same they ****ed it up so bad at the end
