No, my answer for quite a while has been chromosomes. Otherwise cutting off a dink or trying to sculpt a dink onto a female would allow someone to change, which they can’t. So chromosomes seems the most logical way to determine it, and it is about the most objective way to go about it. That’s why I asked for definitions. You can say she’s a biological woman, but I would say that he isn’t. Of course, this still highlights your point about it not being simple…because anyone claiming she’s a man must turn in their outrage card they use any time the left says a man can get pregnant. So yeah, it can be complicated. But honestly it shouldn’t be. People used to be able to take a common sense approach to things. But setting the whole chromosome, sex assignment thing aside…even if they just stuck with the testosterone test she would fail due to elevated levels and not be allowed to compete. We’ve agreed forever that higher levels give an advantage. Should that person be punished for having them naturally? If you say no, then you are saying everyone competing against that person should be punished for not having them naturally. I’m willing to continue the discussion with you because you actually seem willing to have a reasonable discussion which has been rare on this subject.
For the point of this thread though, pointing out the complications of such matters and having an opinion that doesn’t fall in line with the narrative being pushed should not be considered hate speech or be censored. Regardless of how people feel about the topic I hope that most agree on that aspect regarding free speech.

2.) Yeah I saw you mention that part at the beginning but separated it from the 2nd part since you simply stated vagina or penis would’ve been my answer without reiterating that aspect. But yeah, I probably should’ve gathered that from your post. If someone is born with both are they a man and a woman? If a person is born without genitalia are they neither a man nor woman? Plus, the boxer has testicles. Does her vagina trump her balls? Since that is a huge source of testosterone I’d say that’s critical to the discussion.
