Pretty basic things

Looks
Sexual compatibility
Interests and values
Mental stability

Now that I'm older, interests and values get ranked a bit higher than looks. Sexual compatibility is important, and her mental health is as well.

Initially, it's almost entirely looks based.

Once I get to know a girl, personality factors can either increase or decrease my attraction to her.

Fatness is the ultimate attraction killer for me though. Cannot find a fat girl attractive no matter how great she is otherwise.
