Olympics are Over, Sun is Starting to set earlier and earlier

i felt a little chill in the air last night for the first time in a long time. it didn't last very long.

we still have like 5 weeks of summer, but those healing autumn vibes are coming.
a chance for regeneration and redemption for all of us.

I need it, the heat and humidity is draining all my energy. Feels like my body just partially shuts down in the evening to produce less BTUs, srs
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

I'm looking forward to northern cold fronts making their way down to Florida. the weather will remain good and warm when that first happens but it will drop humidity levels nicely.
