I have an iPhone 8 plus sitting around.

It's from 2018 and is still going strong in 2024 in terms of performance.

My iPhone 6s from 2016 is a bit laggy though...

I used an iphone 6s and kept replacing parts on it myself like the ribbon for the speaker and charging port, the battery multiple times, had the screen replaced once but I ended up completely breaking it the battery ballooned and bent the frame and the screen separated and stopped working so I gave up and just go an iphone 13 when it came out
