Battling with cigarette addiction can be a 24 hours task…

Not too long ago I was so happy that I had reduced cigarettes over the day…because obviously I am fed up of it…but at night when the night is long and lonely…I end up smoking few cigarettes anyways….try to fight it out…night is even longer…since I can't sleep….and it's morning and I have already smoked a few cigarettes anyways….this habit is so hard to kick….maybe I will never make it….

I keep a pack of these in my pocket all day OP, drinking my morning coffee and having one right now srs. Used to always quit cold turkey and suffer for 6 months-2years before relapsing. So far at 10months it's been easy as fark in comparison dead srs.

Is smoking really as bad for you as they say it is??

Obviously the cost is ridiculous - Pack of 20 Marlboro Gold here in UK is £16…currently smoking 2 packs per week = £1664 per year

Child of my loins…..all that fighting is just temporary. It will all subside within one month maximum, then after that you will only deal with triggering events, where something triggers you into wanting to smoke but the desire only lasts about 1 to 2 minutes and then it's gone immediately. Grab your cock boy, smack that city son

I have tried all the alternatives but it doesn't help, the good old cigarettes come back…I don't know what will happen, been smoking since 2011, although I don't smoke a lot..but I am clearly fed up of it, but it won't go away…I can stop for a few days…but it's back to it…

I have smoked way too much to have an easy quitting, but I will try anyways…vape is nicotine anyways, so I am not going that path…but yeah it's a latest trend..won't beat good old cigarettes for me…

Apart from being bad in a physical health sense, it's bad from many other angles…

Even the price won't put it away…and people who smoke nicer brands will only smoke nicer brands….

I smoke roughly 60 a day.

I buy mine off the web for about 50.00 a carton, only way I can afford it.

That's 3 packets a day…how do you get so much privacy to do that? Do you stay outdoors most of the time? I can imagine you are smoking all the time…

Just get a fuking Vape already. You'll still puff it a lot, but at least you'll have healthy lungs and won't smell like chit all the time.

Yeah, smoking cigarettes usually generate a bad stink in the body and clothes which last for a while…sometimes it can be really bad…

Like a year ago I switched from occasional cigs to full time vape, and it was a great decision. Cigs really are disgusting once you get far enough away from having one.

Nothing is good about any kind of substance including cigarettes and alcohol….it's just a repetitive nuisance mostly damaging in the long term…I mean I keep on doing these over and over again….but if I don't what else do I have to do in life??? Life is very boring doing nothing lolz….

I can’t like vape. I tried it. It doesn’t smell up the inside of your car like a cigarette but I tried it and after it ran out I didn’t refill. Got the pen somewhere just none of thr flavors for it.

This threads makes me wish I knew how bad vaping is for one’s health versus cigarettes. Basically is it safer less or more harmful .
