I stopped drinking because of this, mixed with the cola.. would give me anxiety for days until the cycle repeated itself.

Yup got wavey and railed a half gram of pepsi. Hit the pillow about 2am so could be worse. Got up early, smashed some electrolytes, few codeine pills, hit McDonald's for breakfast then went to BJJ. Still feeling a bit tender tho. Hold me boys.

Mr. Ridgway what happened to the sobriety thread from last week?

I actually didn’t drink last night. I was bored out my mind and now I’m up early without a hangover for the first time in years.

Don’t know what to do lol….usually I’m waking up hungover with anxiety slamming a Gatorade or water then go back to sleep till like 3pm but now I don’t know what I should be doing.

I remember arguing with you...then out on the couch. Went thru half a handle around the fire at neighbors. so not bad. Nice breakfast of eggs, sausage n hashbrowns and feeling good.

How do you wake up early and stay up after drinking? What’s your drinking schedule?

Mine is start around 10pm after eating fast food, drink till about 3am (12-15 drinks) wake up around 8-9am hungover with my heart beating out of my chest with dry mouth and mild headache. Chug Gatorade and water and spend an hour or two in bed with suicidal thoughts, drift back to sleep and wake up at around 3/4pm with hangover anxiety.

Saturdays order food and repeat, Sundays fight through the depression and go to sleep early go to work anxious on Monday morning with light withdrawal shakes hoping I don’t have a heart attack or stroke while having mini panic attacks.

Kinda the same. I guess I started drinking around 6pm then I had pizza with my brother, then went for a walk, then drank more. And now I'm awake it's 9:30 defintiely didn't sleep enough

I don't do anything that remotely hits legs. Save that for work around house splitting/cutting wood. Not going g to snap city

Random thought for miscerlonely: I was at the grocery store yesterday and I walked into the produce section and noticed a girl that was looking at me and she looked away when I saw her. I realized I wouldn't meet a girl to date in the produce section but I noticed that she was gorgeous. She was way hotter than any girl I've seen on dating apps. Dating app girls are also always at least 30lbs heavier than their pictures. Where do I meet girls like the one I saw at the grocery store? Or do I not?

She may have been looking at you mirin, she may have just been looking in your general direction. For context I’m an ugly Indian guy and I’ve had girls look at me then look away when our eyes make contact that doesn’t mean they want to date me.

But even though I promised myself no more “you’re not going to meet a girl to date” threads/posts (as I only make serious incel threads/posts now)…Mr.Ridgway you’re not going to meet a girl to date at the produce section.

If you want to meet a girl to date (keeping in mind the grocery store girl is probably on an online dating app), most people meet at work, school, through friends or online.
