Is it normal to forget stuff you learned in college?
I studied a whole unit on advanced human immunology and realised that I forgot so much when I started doing a bit of reading on white blood cells (leukocytes).
Is this normal?

Funny that you mention my brain is broken, because I feel that I am smarter now than ever. I even done a legit IQ test the other day and scored 115, which is all the way at the high end of average..

unless it's due to a brain injury you didn't forget it. your brain decided it is unimportant and stored it in the ass end
when your brain is literally poked you remember chit you long forgot about
however we are programmed, what we immediately remember, was most important to us in this moment
anecdotally, i used to write chinese perfectly fine. if i was asked to write most basic sentences in characters now i could not. it's all there though. after forgetting a few characters, i went to sleep and i dreamed about writing it. the next morning i wrote it. and i'm srs. because of the shock i guess i still remember it.
i believe the brain falls away from what is paramount to what we consider necessary for survival. it is hard to understand this in modern times, but makes sense for adaptation

Bit of trivia, I was a full blown atheist and very scientifically minded person (rooted in the physical reality) until I had a spiritual awakening and began to be able to perceive energy and read minds at times - then I realised I was just demon possessed, hence how I gained soothsaying abilities.

Here's a pic of a process termed, 'antigen presentation', which is how cells are programmed to recognise the body's cells from pathgens, etc.
I used to know all the details of how this worked, down to the structure of MHC and the protein's domain, subdomains, etc.

i dont think reading information and remembering it has much to do with intellect. but that she could read something and extract something a bit differently than i, showed me a difference in understanding. didn't mean i was right and she was wrong, but when it came to practice questions…. well, i attributed it to english as her second language. she was very smart mathematically
way, way later, she asked me for help understanding EKG waves after our break up. i learned it all in an hour or two and helped her get through her training. she seemed clueless
it lead me to thinking someone can be both capable of being intelligent and also kind of illiterate. examining truth vs inperpreting meaning

Yes that is apparently normal to forget much of what was taught in college. A few years ago a study came out on that, which received a good amount of attention in the press.

students who love what they are learning will probably remember a lot more
i think a lot of students go to college because that is what they think they should do,
yet much later realize they were learning from a renowned expert, who have lengthy wikipedia articles about them.
imagine meeting someone who has an immense wealth of knowledge. you never visit their office and pick their brains, then later say their class sucked
