Your body absorbs 98%+ of meat because it has all your essential nutrients. So there is less to poop out. No need to poop when you don't have enough to poop out.
People are just used to eating tons of food your body doesn't want, has tons of waste, and then eat undigestible fiber for volume to push it out and irritating your digestive system multiple times a day.

When you go carnivore its common to get the runs after awhile. About two weeks. Then after that you don't schit much.
The way I understand it you absorb more of the food and there is very little waste.

But the science is that you body absorbs what it needs in the most bioavailable form. That's meat. So it will absorb all of the amino acids, synthesize all the protein, use up all the saturated fat, and take all the vitamins and minerals from it. All that is leftover is typically the gristle.
The youtuber "Kent Carnviore" has a colostomy bag because he had to remove his colon from eating a whole foods high fiber diet, and when he started the carnivore diet, after he'd meat there would be almost zero waste in the bag. Just kind of wet sand. Before he had whole vegetables and fruits, tons of hard waste undigested, tons of gas, etc. So it's pretty consistent with the science.

Seriously though, Psyllium Husk has always been around and now people are making it out as a magical appetite suppressant/ weight loss product. Hope they don't jack up the price because of this new found fame.
