If I say I work up to 315x4 on bench, what does that mean?

Does that mean the most I've done in the past year is 315 for 2 reps? Some people seem to think that's what it means.

Godfrd thinks that.

Godfrd and plenty others on the misc are huge frauds. A lot of high rep people fraud about all kinds of chit on here. People rarely call them out because for some reason red pixels scare them. Idk man. Tons of fukking weirdos on here. Grown men lying about making tons of money, fukking tons of girls, lifting tons of weight. These are the guys with pfps of anime, pokemon, or other random men they idolize. Frauds everywhere just roleplaying as men they wish they were.

What does that say about your bench? I dunno what was the RPE? Are you peaked or are you peaking still? Did you pre fatigue? Lots of factors

Pretty obviously means you can bench 315 for more than 2 tho

There are fat guys out there who have muscle under the fat but it's easy to spot because there are muscles that don't have much fat on them and that every lifter should have. Specifically to say, traps and delts should show even if fat and he clearly doesn't have those.

Everyone needs to eat gary, people do not need to drink alcohol. I'm sure as fat as I may be, my heart will outlast your liver. Because of the orals and such, and also the alcohol.
