A days worth of meals.

Swiss and Turkey Ham, an Over Easy Egg, Mayo and Mustard, on Low Carb Bread



Ramen Noodles, Corn, Mushrooms, Spinach, Green Onions, Minced Pork, with White Miso Broth



Ropa Vieja (Slow Cooked Skirt Steak, Shredded, With Onions and Peppers), Rice and Black Beans, and Fried Green Plantains


We should start a thread of simple cooking recipes. That'd be pretty cool.

I usually eat double the amount, for example, the sandwich, I had two. Etc.

Neither do I, this is my wife. If I just ate her cooking I'd be pretty lean, but eating outside is what gets me, nothing healthy tastes good.
