Just squatted 205x15 at 39yro [8/10 effort] [reps]

Inching my way up to 225x20 squat

Everything felt good

Next week gonna demolish 205x20

GJDM, even with those numbers, you probably out-lift 99% of other men at your age. I see your sig - what took the numbers down? COVID lockdowns, age, kids, work?

Consistency is key- the videos posted of old dudes are impressive for sure but are extreme outliers. No point getting injured trying to lift crazy numbers

I tried 135x50 the other day pretty easy and could have done 75+ no doubt 100 if I really tried..I will try 225 Soon and see where I'm at you got me motivated

Back in the old misc days 15 years ago we had a 20 rep front squat competition, problem with that one is the bar starts to suffocate you a little so it feels pretty bad lmao

Fuark bro, SARM/gear sounds epic but the risk/reward don't stack up for me.

Was it just the lifts that suffered?

Finished Ostarine cycle with decent results

Even with PCT, Total T won't recover

But still feelilng good overall

Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)
