Grilled cheese is probably healthier and tastes better, just takes more to prepare.

Grilled cheese is way more involved
Penaut butter sandwich is low effort af

Grilled cheese by a long shot.
A PB sandwich is just a sandwich (really hard to mess up), but a Grilled cheese, if made correctly, can be amazing.

obviously if you use your head about it it will be healthier, just low fat cheese and go easy on the butter.
