If you struggle with cutting just get keto bread
I actually get burger buns but same thing. Just ate 240 calories of keto burger buns which was 4 whole buns. Honestly very very full right now and do not want anything else. I had 300 calories left in the day, primarily carbs. Normally I'd eat oatmeal but was feeling a little extra hungry and these were far more filling than the oatmeal and even ate a little fewer calories too.
