Thoughts on Bryan Johnson (guy who wants to live forever)

I think what he's doing is a great thing. He can discover pathways to extend life span and so on.

But I think that living forever is crazy talk. Having a perfect diet and sleep will not mean infinite life span. By that logic, zoo animals would live forever. They get a perfect diet that mimics what they eat in the wild, top quality vet care, have 0 stress and get to sleep as much as they want. Makes no sense. Plenty of ppl on vegan diets who never lives passed 120. My dad's cardiologist is a vegan and his diet is close to perfect. Probably has access to the best healthcare in the world. Doubt he expects to live forever.

But its still an interesting concept.

Thoughts?

I just started seeing adds for this weirdo looking guy. He talks about drinking olive oil but looks unhealthy AF like he’s dying. He says he’s only 46 but why does he look like a 65 year old man trying to come off looking 40 lol

He did some cool gene therapy shots for like $20,000.

Those might be interesting.

Kormo will outlive him, guaranteed.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

His problem is he's buying too much into bull**** diets. There are a few regions in the world where people live to be really healthy at an old age. A place in the middle East (forgot which country), Okinowa, Sardinia Italy, Icaria Greece, etc. If you try to research their diets its going to say a lot of plant based stuff but its not necessarily accurate.

They typically eat lots of seafood, pork, lamb, along with local fruits/veg. And some small amount of rice/pasta/breads. The thing all of these places have in common is they live a low stress life-style. Lots of socializing with friends/family. And they are fairly active in terms of walking around.

Dude goes full retard on his regimen. Doesn't look like he gets enough sunlight. And goes full retard on his diet and pills. None of the longest living people on the planet do the stuff he's doing. He doesn't look vibrant or 'well'. Dude needs some sunlight and red meat.
