What is considered extraordinary strength?

I can bench about 410lbs if I'm about to die or something, maybe more.

Is this extraordinary strength? Do a lot of miscers like me have this strength?

True strength is keeping your temper and having your mind always in control without emotions involved at all times especially so when you are met with severe opposition and/or adversary.
