For the past week I hadn’t eaten any vegetables at all, and I felt like crap. I got paid Monday and bought broccoli and cauliflower from Costco and started cooking it and eating it, I feel a thousand percent better.

just stay away from fried junkfood "mcdonalds,burger king,hardees,pizza hut ,dominos etc etc" and you ll be fine with everything else… i mean even if on your cheat day you eat turkey cheese sandwich for breakfast and two or three home made burgers with 5 pieces of pancakes for lunch and 1 doner sandwich before 6 pm youll be ok, youll gain like 2.5 to 3 pounds but once youre back on your diet the next day itll take you 24 to 36 hours to get back to your starting weight
