so Fecal "sh!t"Transplant is a thing "photos" not for the faint hearted

https://my.clevelandclinic.org/healt...cal-transplant

Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is a medical procedure to transplant a small sample of stool (feces) from a healthy colon into a diseased colon. Each healthy stool sample contains thousands of beneficial microbiota that can improve the health of the diseased colon in a variety of ways.

Healthcare providers currently prescribe fecal transplantation to treat a severe bacterial infection in your colon. The transplant transfers a sampling of helpful microbiota into the infected colon to help fight off the pathogenic ones. This helpful microbiota can restore balance to your gut microbiome.

I've actually looked into this, partner. I have a lot of food allergies that stem from being prescribed an antibiotic, for a very mild case acne, in my early teens. Doctors had me on it for five+ years and completely destroyed my digestion in the process. I suspect it killed off complete strains of probiotic bacteria and left me with very nasty food allergies and an array of resulting symptoms. I didn't even become fully aware until age 20, when I started to experiment with an elimination diet in hopes of resolving some of these nagging issues. Well, issues resolved now, but I've been on an incredibly restricted diet for fifteen years. Its a pain, but has kept me in really good shape and completely free of ugly immune reactions. Fecal transplants have been shown as a potential remedy for food allergies. Its something I would actually seriously consider once the evidence becomes a bit more concrete. I'd want to select my own donor though. I wouldn't want just anyone's turd shoved up my ass. You have to be very special to me.

There was a doc about this on hbo or Netflix.

Had this chick, take her brother’s turd, put it in a kitchen blender with some water. Put it in a syringe, put the poo mud into capsules. And she would swallow the capsules like vitamins.

Before her brother she used her ex-boyfriend’s poo.

Do you take any probiotics? You need to. Start eating raw fermented sauerkraut as well

I appreciate your desire to help, Paul. But understand, I came to this realization fifteen years ago. I've taken just about everything under the sun over the years. At one point, I was buying a $150/month probiotic specifically designed for food allergies. Didn't do anything. This was long before I realized that probiotic supplements don't actually colonize in the gut and have much shorter lifespans than naturally occurring bacteria. Folks also don't seem to understand that probiotic supplements contain maybe 20 strains of bacteria at most. Your gut naturally contains over 1,000 unique bacterial strains. So you're not going to cure anything with probiotic supplements.

As of late, I'm eating a variety of lacto-fermented vegetables on a daily basis. Just recently made a thread about fermented red onions having great mental benefits. There is no easy cure. Probably no cure at all. I just avoid all allergens. I feel great. Look great. Maybe a blessing in disguise.

I’ll have to look into lacto fermented vegetables, I’ll eat raw kraut & kimchi now and then & some ACV in my water.

Do you take anything for energy that does not have a negative impact like caffeine?

I don't take anything for energy, but have taken magnesium glycinate for a number of years. Just before bed. Definitely helps with getting a very deep level of sleep, and I tend to maintain good energy levels throughout the day afterwards.

Just do what the gays do. Steal a log from a public toilet. Take it home, freeze it. Then insert it like a dildo in your ass, followed by a buttplug to prevent it coming back out.
Enjoy the gut gains
