NFL Survivor Pool

Wondering if there is any interest in this format along with the pick'em pool:

You pick a team each week you think will win. If that team wins, you stay in. But you can only pick each team once so that team cannot be picked again.

For the first ten weeks you alternate one pick week 1, then have to pick two teams week 2, up to week 10 where there is a double pick and then one team per week after that. If your team loses, you're out. If you run out of picks, you're also out (but with the above format that shouldn't happen).

Last person standing wins.

If there's any interest, put your name in the thread. I'm happy to run it for the season.

For example, week 5 I have to pick 5 teams to win and if all 5 don;t win im out?

No - so week 1 you pick one team. Eg. Patriots - straight win/loss without point spreads. If they lose, you're out. If they win, you stay in but they are eliminated from your possible pick list.

Week two you have to pick two teams. So maybe Jets and Vikings. Again, if they both win you stay in. If one loses then you're out. But now you can't pick any of Patriots, Jets or Vikings for Week 3 where you go back to picking only one team. Game continues until everyone is out.

Week 4: Two picks

I feel like it'd make more sense to go the first 10 weeks with single picks then go double picks for weeks 11-18.

But I'm fine if you want to stick with the original format and I'm in.

So just pick a game from Week 1 that hasn't played yet. As far as I'm concerned if you pick a winner from Week 1 you should be in to keep going.
