actress Sophia Leone was found dead in her New Mexico home on March 1. Nearly six months later, Albuquerque police have confirmed her cause of death as an accidental overdose.

TMZ reports that officers deemed Leone’s death as “suspicious” and “unique” upon discovering her body, with her mother confirming to police that the late porn star often drank heavily and battled suicidal thoughts. No signs of bodily trauma were found and it remains unclear exactly what substances caused the accidental OD.

The 26-year-old was well known in her field thanks to features from prominent porn studios such as Brazzers, Reality Kings and Evil Angel. She also starred in over 150 films.
