There were two male pet rabbits that got loose on my street in the 1990s that used to fuk each other in the middle of the street. There was no social media or LBGTQIA+ culture around to celebrate it. it was just considered two animals humping each other in the 1990s. Now its considered the equivalent of a miracle performed by a saint of the roman catholic church but for the modern LBGTQI religion.
