hate to admit it, but I'm starting to understand why people look for relationships

Dear diary
you know, for the longest time ive been one of those guys who has taken the approach of "sigma lone wolf", better to be alone etc, "less drama/bs" and basically avoiding the whole "relationship" thing. But over the past year or so (I just got 32 recently), I'm starting to realize the potential it could have, even today for example, I was with my co-worker who was on visit from our other office, shes 23, never seen her before (shes kinda new) and we had to deal with a work-related matter together. Even though our interaction and conversation was work related, I could still notice how she had a good head on her shoulders, really smart, cute, beautiful body, easy to talk to and overall she seemed great and enjoyable.
And now, to have such person as girlfriend, to go on trips together, do stuff, spend time, I mean it is starting to seem kinda nice tbh. Hate to admit it, but I guess I've been wrong all this time. Such is a life as a miscer.

I agree and disagree with you.

What you said sounds great, but you don't even know her. You haven't lived with her. You don't know if she has any bad habits. A person can sound great until you move in with them.

Yeah it’s not easy to find a good one. Problem is once you find one you actually like and let your guard down, women figure you out and lose interest. They start sabotaging everything and they start exiting the relationship. Usually have the next guy already lined up via social media or whatever. So be ready for that chit, always stay jacked and attractive so you can bounce back fast. Don’t ever let yourself go for a chick. They will leave you high and dry.

The Fanta Sea is ruined for me.

I used to set up traveling events on weekends, the kind of behavior I saw when the husband went in the house, or a boyfriend went out of sight, or bachelorette/girls nights, or girls visiting from out of town, made me realize most women put on a facade while their beta provider is around, but they are ALWAYS looking for new excitement.

Yeah, this. What Opie is describing is someone to possibly go out with a couple times and get to know her to see if she fits the qualities that he is looking for to potentially have a relationship. Thinking with the little head and jumping straight in is a ticket to bad relationships. The most important thing in a good relationship is whether you actually enjoy living with her and spending time with her, not the size of her tits or BJ skills. A super cool 6 who is loyal and likes the same things you do is a much better relationship candidate than a 9 who can suck the chrome off a bumper but who will annoy the chit out of you or is batchit crazy.

But real talk, a joyous loyal lifelong LTR/marriage is beautiful and makes the world 5x more positive for them and everyone they're with. But it's when chit hits the fan due to marrying the wrong person (or becoming the wrong person) that makes it all 100x more negative, especially in most cases for the man.
