Slight schizo experience...

Woke up early this morning and had delusions that I was being genetically implanted via satellite into becoming an android... I typically have delusions like this for the first little while after waking up, just have to keep an eye on it, if I told a mental health professional they would tell me to increase my meds and I'm trying to avoid that.

Maybe yours are triggered by specific circumstances too and if you avoid those circumstances they go away.
This. My delusions are regular hypochondria chit or even being afraid I'm gonna develop schizophrenia, but they all go back to extreme childhood trauma directly related to abuse and threats to my life when I was sick. They come up when I'm isolated or under heavy stress. I don't think the government's after me or there's some weird conspiracy, I just think I'm sick with some horrible physical or mental illness when I'm not. You probably need to watch your stress levels and be around people more, OP.

You are correct, my schizophrenia is triggered by stress, and I did have a terrible childhood, I've had a lot of time to think it over and a lot of my issues are from childhood.
