Anyone use any Cissus supplements? (Shoulder inflammation)

Have had a long history with knee/shoulder issues.

Been dealing with a right shoulder issue for nearly 2 years now that has restricted me from focusing on upper body workouts. Would like to get back into it.

Have had an MRI done nearly a year ago that did not show any serious issues besides microtears/inflammation. Only got referred to physical therapy which didn't help too much.

Has anyone used Cissus products before?

If not, any other products I should consider?

I've taken Cissus on and off throughout the years and I honestly didn't notice much but I still took it for overall health. My go to Cissus supplement was SNS Cissus XT. I read that to notice any kind of joint health improvement you have to take between 500mg - 1000mg two to three times daily especially if you are a larger/heavier individual.

Also nowadays everyone is on the BPC-157 or TB-500 craze so Cissus kinda fell out of favor.
