Had a struggle poverty meal

Can of turkey, large can of peas, tbs of mayo.

Calories:570
Protein:44
Carbs:50
Fat: 25

Pros:
Canned peas are cheap
Easy to prepare
Excellent macros, including lots of fiber and protein
Little cleanup
Perfect sized meal

Cons:
Canned meat is expensive
Mediocre taste
Too much sodium for someone very sodium conscious
LOL at canned food

I have this meal sometimes with the canned meat I get from the food bank, JFL at buying canned meat, cheapest place I can find it is the dollar store for 1.75. I just make a salad with the ingredients. Sorry I didn't think of pics until after I ate it.
