Blinding White fluorescent/led light? Or does it have warm inscedescent
Not only is this bright white **** bad for your brain and give you brain fog but it’s schit for aesthetic pics

i've been to bout 350 gyms and they all have white fluorescent lights

home gym crew here but I did have a trial at a gym a few weeks ago and the place was like a night club, black walls loud music blinding lights. I did dumbbell bench press and when I was pressing I was wincing at the lights above, didnt help that the ceiling was low too.
