its healthy practice, at least spend
12 hours a day...way better than going out
or doing a hobby or socializing.

got my consious to the roof...
once i started to measure my penis every 2-3 hours
comparing my transmission stick to the big black cock or even white.

various type of woman, buttho.les and asses
cocks and glocks

more and more
and youll see your mind
becoming sharper, the more you fap and ooze
your testicles milk...the sharper you get.

i typed this while having my whole
hand down my ass.

I think it's only a problem if you realize you're losing the drive to find a woman or phark your GF/Wife.

If you're single, to lose the drive to find a woman is to be like an incel IMO. Usually ends up being that you go deeper into uncharted territories and develop weird fetishes. Less desire to go out or care about hotties IRL, potentially missing opportunities to have the desire to start a conversation with your future wife in the first place.

If you've got a GF/Wife, it might cause relationship problems if she ever catches you, or you're lacking the ability to get it up or losing the desire to phark her.

In the event that you're noticing you're lacking confidence in the world, or you've got a big sporting event coming up, or anything like that, it's better to lay off or reduce frequency. This is because although fapping doesn't impact your body's natural testosterone production, it can reduce your androgen receptors, meaning your body has a harder time being able to actually utilize the testosterone.

I still think moderate fapping is OK, like a couple times a week. It has its perks too, like outside of the focus of potential erectile dysfunction, it can help you last longer to fap a couple hours before you have sex.

It's not bad. It's just bad in the current dating market where you need to exert huge amounts of effort to get results. Any lost motivation or disincentives means you'll be incel.

Porn definitely isn't good
Fapping in moderation sounds okay IMO unless you have a wife/gf
But definitely don't do it too much or be addicted or take too long. At the very least, it can cut into time you'd use to do other productive things

Is there a way to repair the damage done to the androgen receptors/sensitivity?

Would like to know.

It's mostly psychological.

Porn takes a normal activity, sex, and puts it in weird situations. So, when you watch something, you learn from it, and porn is "learning about sex" in a way it rarely happens.

That means porn sets you up for disappointment.

Imagine a little kid watching a TV show where toys are talking. He wants one of the dolls so he can play with it, but when he gets the doll he finds that it doesn't talk and is just plastic.

Porn sets you up for that kind of disappointment.

So, you could end up enjoying porn much more than you enjoy real sexual situations.

On a similar note, porn hires fairly good looking women with good bodies who are sociopaths that will do anything for money. So, porn has "hot girls" doing a lot of extreme things and that sets you up to expect average women to be like that too.

In reality, porn actresses aren't interested in the sex, but the money, so they will PUT UP WITH sex acts they have no interest in, do homosexual acts, and so on. Normal women aren't interested in extreme sex acts or homosexuality and neither are the porn women. So, you will learn from porn that women are interested in all kinds of crazy sex and are "sluts" who are "horny" but that is not the case.

That's like getting your only life experience from action movies then going out into the real world and expecting to see Batman.

So, the psychological problem with porn is the same as believing fantasy is real. However, porn is more nefarious because it mixes a normal and positive thing, sex, with fantasy material that almost never happens in real life. If you get psychologically conditioned by porn, you will like the porn world more and be able to tolerate and function in the real sexual world less.

Based on the 2007 study, it likely returns to normal levels on its own between 48-72 hours of staying away from ejaculation/sexual-activity.
