I grew up in an abusive home like so many people
Both my parents had anger issues,
and I also inherited those anger issues and behavioral
My mental health needs were never met, just like most other needs.

I used to hold so much anger,
but I didn't really let it out on others so much as I let it out on myself.
The way I could cope with how people made me feel
and upset me was by stabbing my pillows and bedding.


I've always been meek and shy, so generally "kind" to others,
but I also had to learn how to practice "kindness" for myself.
Sometimes kindness to me is apathy, sometimes it's a reassuring word of advice to myself,

i used to spend alot of time edging, and every 30 minutes

She used to punish me by giving me intentionally bad haircuts
and sending me to school that way.

Very strict. Made me wait to get license. Beat me for bad grades or poor performances in sports. Never took my side on anything. I think it made me revolt a lot and nothing was orthodox growing up in my life anyway so it was pointless
