I wake up at 545am, gym, come home, go to work at 3pm, get off at 10, gym 2nd time for HIIT, home and eat dinner/spend time with family til 12-1230. I fit a power nap in usually from like 830-9 or 1-2pm.

I wake up at 5:25 AM. The first time you wake up so early, it'll suck, as you'll be tired as hell that day. But you'll fall asleep earlier that night, which allows you to wake up feeling better the next morning. The only problem is the the first time that you wake up early

Exactly this. I go to bed around 10 PM and wake up around 4 AM and it's really good. The key is to sleep early.

I shoot for 5:15 on in office days (so that I can be off earlier), and...it's not easy.

I've tried this in the past but I always get a second wind at like 10pm and end up going to bed at 2am anyway. lol

I'm really glad I can usually just work like noon to 5pm and not deal with mornings at all. It's just brutal when there's a random morning thing I need to do once every few weeks.
