I was just in a wreck.

Misk lawyers. I was just rear-ended. Do I sue? Is it too late to claim my spleen is broke?

Step 1 - See signature

Step 2 - Notify insurance

Step 3 - Go to doctor about your symptoms, if any. These may be physical, or psychological, depending on the circumstances of the accident. People in accidents often report experiencing both physical and subjective ailments. You may be anxious driving, or experience depression as your whip has been bludgeoned as a result of someone else. You may require counselling or even medication to overcome the severity of this accident. They may prevent you from going to the gym, or going to work, or even engaging in activities your formerly loved doing - such as collecting Warhammer figurines.

Step 4 - Should these symptoms persist, consider seeking idnependent legal advice from a notable plaintiff's counsel. They often are willing to provide a free consultation to explore your rights, and should you proceed with the claim, may represent you on a contingency basis.

Step 5 - See signature.
None of the above constitutes legal advice nor should be interpreted as such.

Dude…….always leave the ball in the hitch.

Not saying that you wouldn't have had damage, but you would have had less damage.

You have a while, no bull****, which I’m sure you’re bull****ting, anyway I was reared ended by a girl on her cell phone and ended up with whiplash—holy **** whiplash is no joke especially with a previous neck injury.

Also lol at that guys car being crunched like an accordion lol. I was involved in a hit and run in New Orleans while I was driving a 350 Lariat. My truck completely crushed the front of his car and he still tried to run. He only made it a few blocks before being caught then to add insult to his injury he had to stand through a brutal roasting session from 2 NOPD officers.

Lol! Yeah, I'm pretty much joking about suing and whatnot. I was definitely rear-ended. I was in the blue truck. It folded that poor Challenger though. Dude was 82 and had never been in a wreck. I am 43 and had never been in a wreck (at least being hit by another car). He had just paid his car off too. Bless it.

Dude was probably doing 70 MPH. It was at the red light there at Camp Shelby South Gate on Highway 49. He slammed on his breaks apparently but did so rather late it seems.

I just made a thread comparing a $70k audi to a $17k lexus. Stuff like this just confirms that buying an expensive car only for it to get absolutely destroyed.. is cuckening

I could have driven it away from the crash. The seat belts were locked up though, so I wasn't gonna drive. If I hadn't been wearing my seat belt, my daughter and I wouldn't have been so lucky I bet.

Yep, my truck took it like a champ. His hood peeled back to the windshield. His car was a 6.4 Scat Pack. 2019 with 11k miles and he just paid it off lol.

nah, this can also be used against you in a less severe accident and you could be held liable for causing more damage than would have normally been caused.

In more serious accidents it can also transfer more force into/through the frame into the occupants of the car, as it's more rigid. which could lead to frame damage or more personal injury. You essentially make that the first point of impact rather than the engineered crumple zones.

OP I would first and foremost consult an accident lawyer. they are there to help you, not your insurance. Then I'd get the car inspected thoroughly (especially the frame) through one of your provider's authorized shops, and also go to a doctor and make sure your ish is golden.

I'm glad you and yours are doing okay though OP. but as I said…definitely consult an accident lawyer. Insurance companies are trying to make it as cheap as possible for themselves. A lawyer will help you get as much as possible.

Yeah, I removed my truck because it had my license plate on it. She was a warrior after it happened.
