Live and let live brah. If you can't trust her then dump her. But unless you know for sure that she just wasn't insanely drunk or her phone didn't die then let it be. Sit her down like a man and let her know you didn't appreciate her actions and go from there.
If she responds and adjusts her actions accordingly, then you know she does care and respects you. Simply dumping someone because they did one thing that (based solely on insecurities) was seen as "bad" will get you nowhere.
I've been so drunk that I got a random ride home from a girl. No funny business happened but it was extremely disrespectful on my part. My gf was pissed but she didn't dump my ass.. Take it from someone who tried a LDR with a 20 year old girl who likes to go "hang out" with her friends at parties etc and essentially goes NC for hours at a time. Early on in the relationship we were just like you described, texting all day, snapchat all day, never go more than an hour without a response and if we did we would ask if somethings wrong, quite a bit of emoji texts etc. Over time i could tell it was getting stale because she would go longer and longer without responding. Im talking 4+ hours without a response and a few times she went 8 hours without a response. I should have ended it at this point and gone NC but i ignored my better judgement and everything that i knew and thought to myself "Its no big deal she's busy and well FaceTime later." I would also text back quickly when she did respond, even though i knew better and just told myself that everything i knew/learned about relationships and girls isn't applicable to this relationship. Mind you, I thought this girl was who i was going to end up marrying srs. Beta? Fuark Yes. A couple of weeks later of this and i get the breakup text saying "i cant do the distance, I'm too young to think about this, we should just go have fun etc etc."
End it now brah, trust me, its not worth it.
