Usually walk the dogs/10m on the bike to get blood moving, then a few empty bar sets.

Upper body I do a quick circuit of standing DB presses, DB rotations, laterals, curls and tricep extensions. Nothing fancy.

Just used the orange ball on this bad boy for a couple nights around 5 mins at a time, all that evaporated. +1 use as a great tool for when I'm constipated.

Just about all my AM workouts have been really good except my chest workouts. I'm making zero progression for some reason. I think I need to change up my exercise selection or something. I want to get back to Incline BB, but it's rare there is a person there to spot me in the AM that I'd trust.

Up at 530 am - that's sleeping in 30m for me. Felt good.
Biked for 30m then did a mess of shoulder work. Supersetted some curls to keep it bro. This landmine might be my favorite toy in my garage - so easy to thrash yourself and the movement range is so huge and natural.

Have been an early morning lifter for years . . . but have been extremely inconsistent with it the last 6 or 7 months with work being a mess and some family stuff taking up more time. Work still sucks, but it's incrementally "better" so I'm trying to get back in the groove. Hit the gym this morning at 5am for a fairly quick full-body routine just to get things moving again. Hopefully can get back to my normal split next week.
Also, really need to get out and ride the mountain bike. Some nice trails close to the house.

Does it qualify if I finish work at like 3:30 or 4:00 in the morning and then go to the gym instead of directly waking up, if so then in.

Good chit.
So most people think I'm crazy for working out straight after work especially like 4 o-clock in the morning but I honestly still have that energy and rush even without a pre-workout to complete my full workout. I like the fact that it's mostly an empty gym so I can train shirtless (I know it's cringe as fuk to do it with people around so I only do it when I'm alone) because I do believe that mind and muscle connection especially with upper body training and also for the fact that it's striving for goals that I set for myself both being the progression of mental and physical strength for my chosen career which is law enforcement and/or military (still working on that part).
Most people don't have the drive to do it because they're tired which honestly is fair enough; but straight after training and eating a massive meal, feels like my goal for that day is accomplished and it just starts it all over again for the next and there is nothing better then taking those steps up on the milestones getting further and further to acquiring the results you're striving for.
I honestly do admire all you brahs and brahsettes for training in the morning; takes a certain level of resolve to do it as the first thing in the morning.

Probably will go for a few bike rides, but I have been procrastinating on fixing & staining the fence and I really need to start knocking that out. So will probably be working on that at least a bit during the break.
