Yo so today I went through a bunch of cheap colognes in the store... From perry ellis stuff, to Azzaro, Davidoff, kenneth cole. Was hoping to find a hidden gem but found some absolute dogchit.

The only passable one was kenneth cole black and it was ehh at best. Even made a mistake and sprayed this disgusting Davidoff on myself, thank God I'm finally home and can shower. The fragrance bottle was shaped like a dumbbell though lmao.

Mancera Aoud Exclusif arrived today. Fell short of expectations since I held it to a roja and boadicea standard. Smells « nice «  but so does a bunch of other manceras. Not full bottle worthy for me

-Indonesian Oud from Ermenegildo Zegna
-Colonia Intensa Oud Eau de Cologne Concentree from Acqua di Parma
The first one, I have heard that is might be a bit too feminine and the second one just vile. Anyone have either of these? Heard the second also is supposed to have a citrus that makes it more wearable, but some have said this isn't true.

I feel sorry for you fellas that haven't discovered this one yet. Very deep, "nichey" scent. Obvious rose, dank oud, spiced leather all in one. If you like Spicebomb but want something a bit more sophisticated, or if you like Lyric Man but want something not so fresh but with a bit more depth - this is right up your alley. Two sprays under my sweater and I'm good for a full day at work, performance is more than acceptable.

I tried this a few weeks back and it was far from feminine to me. In fact, in a majority of the reviews i read after i tried it, people complained that it was a bit too strong, challenging and more of a pure oud fragrance. I thought it was pretty nice.

Yes sir. Along with Amber Absolute. I have a bottle of Halston z-14 that would have filled my occasional fix for Italian Cypress if it was gone for good. They are that close to each other that i cant justify spending on a bottle for IC especially at the $350 for 50ml pricing the new bottle costs. I got my decant when some dude was getting out of the splitting game and offered up decants at $1/ml.

Tried sniffing from the BR540 bottle and could barelyyy smell anything when usually I get the scent quite easily. Nose fatigue 110% confirmed. It's so fuking weird man. Took a shot of Ch men before heading to gym and this scent is constantly in my nostrils. I haven't taken a breath for the evening without smelling Ch men

Probably need to put 540 on the back burner for a couple days. Seems to be one of your more commonly reached for frags. I've been noticing with myself that i've gone a bit blind to kuwait but i can't stop reaching for its hnnngness
